| Our business customers include insurance agents, brokers, underwriters, claims adjusters, bankers, loan underwriters, real estate brokers and agents, journalists, publishers, television and movie producers, lawyers and more. Many other customers we have are people just like us wondering what the different locations look like for when we move, go on vacation, go out to dinner, have a party, purchase property, and many other things. We are here to make sure you have a better idea of where you are going before you get there! We contract photographers to take all of our photos. We DON'T provide pictures taken by the listed location. You can be sure that is what the location looked like at the time of the photo. How our service works
We match buyers and sellers of digital photos.
Our photographers are local independent contractors that provide photo services in their
geographic area.
When you place an order, you'll be asked for information about you and/or your business.
We use Paypal for all payments. Click Order Photos, complete the form to request photos,
click submit. A message will be sent to your e-mail address confirming your order.
You will receive an email when your pictures are ready.
How we connect buyers and sellers of photos.
We provide a directory of digital photo providers.
By assisting providers in finding buyers we are considered the "official finder" for each
project accepted through www.PictureThatPlace.com and we charge a transaction fee for
providing this service, which is included in prices quoted for all services.
Service and Pricing
Photographers offer two levels of service Standard and Priority.
Standard service is within metropolitan areas and is usually completed within 5 business
days beginning the business day after ordered when ordered before 5pm.
A flat price starting at $18.00, which includes 2 photos, applies to residential properties,
streets and intersections, and vehicles.
A flat price starting at $28.00, which includes 2 photos, applies to commercial properties.
Locations in outlying areas may require a surcharge.
Photographers have until 11:59pm on the due date to deliver photos. If you must have the
photos before the close of business local time on the due date, consider using Priority
service.
The price for Priority service is typically an additional $10.00 charge.
With the constant changing cost of fuel over the last few years we may add a fuel
charge at times, but we will make you aware of this charge when you place your
order. You may at that time terminate your order with no penalty if you choose.
If you order Priority service and we are unable to deliver the photos by the due date you will
only be charged for standard delivery.
Due to the short delivery period we promise, you cannot cancel an order once it
has been placed.
If a photographer is unable to locate the property, or cannot access the property due to
security arrangements, locked gates, or dogs, you will be advised by email, your Paypal will
be charged the standard rate.
Additional Charges
Prices quoted include 2 photos. If you request additional photos, the charge is $2.00 for
each additional photo.
Commercial properties require extra handling time and expense, therefore the base charge
is higher for commercial properties then the charge for residential properties.
Residential properties are defined as one family homes. Any dwelling that would allow two
or more families (2 or more Units) are considered commercial properties. If the wrong type
is ordered the photographer may change the property type.
If the photographer is required to contact the property owner to obtain access to the
property, a $5.00 appointment fee will be added.
We cannot guarantee time service outside of the major metropolitan areas.
Limited Guarantee
PictureThat Place does not hire the photographer--you do. We are a conduit that brings
the buyer (you) and the seller (photographer) together.
If you are not satisfied with the job, you must notify the photographer immediately. They will
attempt to resolve the problem.
After 10 days, no further activity is allowed and the photographer is paid.
